*Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations in less than 24 hours are subject to 50% payment of the scheduled service unless the appointment can be filled. No-show appointments will be billed the full session rate. Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment are also considered a No-show.
Hey, I understand! Things come up or happen. However, as a self-employed practitioner, 100% of The Wright Stretches income comes from our valued clients (that’s you!). When you cancel on short notice my livelihood is jeopardized, and an appointment slot is taken away from someone who might really need it. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy and require a credit card to be kept on file to book. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, and if that time slot does not get refilled, there will be a cancellation fee of $35 or 50% of the full session rate (whichever is greater). You are still responsible for your appointment until you hear back from me confirming that I have received your email or phone call requesting a cancellation/rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice and No-Shows agree to pay the full session rate.

Arriving on time/Session length
I love getting to introduce people to all the amazing benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy! You’ll want to be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early. I will greet you and bring you into a private treatment room. This will give me time to review your intake form and discuss your goals for the session. After which I will let you know how to get onto the table to begin your session. At this time we will discuss your comfort level and start your session. As the stretch progresses I will check in on the pressure being used and adjust as needed. I will track time and progress towards the goals you set for your session. I will include you in decisions about any adjustments needed to the plan. When your session ends I will check to make sure that we addressed all of the areas you had hoped for in the session. Last, I’ll recap the session with you, discuss a recommended treatment plan that will include self stretches, and get you checked out.
- You understand you must arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, you understand the therapist or instructor can only give whatever time remains of the appointment, and that you will pay for the full length of the session that you booked.
